This website and mobile application (the “Platform”) are operated by
MS-Hermes ApS, CVR number 39904330,
with registered office at Vesterbrogade 9, 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark (“Pastadiem”, “we”, “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Platform and the purchase of products (food and beverages) through it.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Ordering and Contract Formation
When you place an order through our Platform, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The purchase agreement is concluded when you receive a confirmation from Pastadiem via email or within the app. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for any reason, including product availability or technical issues.
Once confirmed, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT. The final total price, including any delivery or handling fees, is displayed before you confirm payment.
Payment is required at the time of ordering, as preparation of your food starts immediately after order confirmation.

4. Discounts and Gift Cards
Discount codes may be used in accordance with the terms provided in each promotion. Physical gift cards cannot be used for online purchases unless stated otherwise.
5. Order Confirmation and Pickup
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or in the app, including your order number.
Your order must be picked up no later than one hour after the scheduled pickup time stated in the confirmation. After this time, the food will be discarded for hygiene and quality reasons, and no refund will be provided.
6. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with a product or service received, please contact Pastadiem directly at aarhus@pastadiem.dk within 48 hours of your order.
Please attach your receipt and a photo if relevant.
Pastadiem will assess the issue and provide a solution where appropriate, including compensation if justified.
7. Right of Withdrawal
According to Danish consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food and beverages that are prepared specifically for the customer and delivered within a short time frame (see Danish Consumer Contracts Act §17(2) and §9(2)).
If you purchase non-food items (e.g., merchandise or gift cards), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
8. Personal Data Protection
All personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Danish Data Protection Law.
By placing an order, you consent to the storage of necessary personal information (e.g., name, phone number, email) for order processing and legal compliance.
By using our Platform, you consent to the use of cookies, which are necessary for proper functionality and to remember your order and personal details during the session.
Delays or failure due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., force majeure)
Temporary technical errors on the Platform
Allergic reactions if ingredients are not properly communicated by the user
Always inform the staff or indicate in the notes section if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Aarhus, Denmark, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
